They asked about my experience and I have a lot of experience, with 3 different Companies, so I was a good fit.
Usual interview, nothing stood out. I did ask if there was a high turnover and if they provide benefits.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Technical test was trying to find the incorrect dimension on a part by referencing the drawing for the part. They provided calipers, a micrometer, a protractor, and another tool I didn't recognize. Asking questions was allowed.
In the "group introduction" part of the interview they let me have the floor to talk about whatever I wanted.
