What would you do if a customer was yelling at a flight attendant you were working with about a federal regulation and you could see he/she was struggling? (I said I would try to explain to the passenger that we must follow all safety procedures for the benefit and safety of the passengers and aircraft) What would you do if he/she got really upset with you for intervening in the situation? (I said I would apologize and explain that I only wanted to help but from now on I would always ask first before tripping to step into a situation. And I said I would keep an open mind in the future that not everyone would agree with my way of handling things.
