What is the CMMI model?
Was asked to do a written essay before the interview commenced. Nothing difficult about the interview. Mostly behavioral, i.e. what difficulties did you face in your involvement in campuses, and how do you tackle them, why do you want to work in that particular department. The interviewer was very nice.
I did not experience the normal hiring process as I was already working as a consultant.
All questions were reasonable, and really just trying to get to know you rather then trying to lurer you to say the wrong thing like most company interviews.

Can you name a situation where you faced diversity of some kind and how did you deal with this?
Describe a group project you were involved with in school and what did you learn from this experience.
