The manager also asked some things about how well I was aware of Excel and how to deal with some things. - Character check. Well, this one is what impressed me the most and I really liked that this took place. The manager asked some tricky questions, putting "pressure" on me on how should I handle different situations, and how would I react to a project or a client. I'm almost sure that this is how I earned this position. Well, the HR did, you know, the classical questions you expect, and also took a dive into my CV asking me questions about my past experience and uni volunteering.
