What are your weaknesses?
Give me an example of a difficult experience or situation you have faced with a service m-user. What did you do?
Standard customer service questions; name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer? Has there ever been a time when you couldn't help a customer, and what did you do about it?
Mix of confirmation / discussion around CV and work history followed by specific Competency based questions. Interviewer clear about expectations for 2nd part of interview (see below)
