Q: What would you do if you got a call from a parent whose child didn't get accepted?
None of the questions were difficult, they wanted to get a feel for my personality and how I would react under pressure. Several questions related to customer service.
Most of the questions were conversational as opposed to a pointed series of questions and answers.

What makes you think you will succeed in this type of position?
There was a required presentation on "What makes you colorful?" which was challenging, but easy to prepare for. The overall atmosphere and questioning was fairly comfortable all things considered though.
