This was a 4 hour interview with many, many questions. It's a very technical position supporting huge enterprise clients. Ensure you have experience/knowledge of analytics, client server topology/troubleshooting and customer service.
Flexibility with the shift
"You have worked for your current company for a little over one year, how do I know that you will not quit and leave this company for another job a year from now?"
Extremely technical and situational questions. First question-- "Do you understand what I'm talking about? It's okay if you don't. Let me know if I'm going too fast."
Describe a online business? How do you handle angry customers? What do you like most about your job?
