They tell you a little about the role and the company. I had an interview with two people from HR over video and then had an exercise where I had to respond to a customer query and write an email.

Ich kam in der zweiten Phase des Interviews an, die 1 Stunde dauerte. Sie baten mich, auf eine typische E-Mail zu antworten, und ich bin sicher, dass es für meine starken administrativen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gut lief, aber stattdessen sagten sie mir, ich solle nicht fortfahren. Ich werde einen Anruf einrichten, um den Grund für die Ablehnung besser zu verstehen, aber es waren noch 3 weitere Schritte bis zum Ende. In der Interviewphase etwas triviale Fragen.

They called me on the phone. Without making Skype interview, they said that they decided to skip Skype interview since I am in Berlin. 3 days later, received an email describing that I wont have interview. Sorry
