Recruiter reached out via e-mail a few weeks after application, interview scheduled in another week. After an initial round, they decided to proceed with other candidates who have had experience in that role (although I emphasized I am doing a career switch and it is visible in my CV). Liked that their HR is specialized in positions e.g. knew more in depth about the role - so be prepared to answer round 2 interview questions
