Das erste Gespräch fand mit der HR statt Das zweite Gespräch fand virtuell mit dem Team Lead statt. Das Finale Gespräch war vor Ort mit HR, Team Lead und Senior Buyer. Eine Excel Aufgabe wurde während des Gesprächs gestellt.

Der Werdegang wird besprochen. Detaillierte Fragen über Trends, Vorerfahrung, KPI- und Produktkenntnis werden gestellt, sowieso Fragen über die persönliche Motivation und der Teamfähigkeit.

About 8-9 days after the application, the recruiter reached out for an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The interview was mostly focusing on soft skills. Following the interview, the company took 5-6 weeks to send a rejection.
