Interview
1) Take home Codility test: SQL test (3 problems, 2.5 hrs)
2) HR interview: Motivation about Zalando & normal questions (quick 15 mins call)
3) Final Interview: series of three calls; a) Call with same HR (30 mins) b) technical interview (1 hr) c) Call with Head of Product Retail Core & Principal Product Manager (1 hr) .
My final interview happened on 11th Dec and I got rejection on 14th Jan. In meantime I had to send 3 follow up mails to the HR but he didn't respond to any of them.
I haven't received any feedback on my final interview yet.

1) HR round: general questions
2) Technical round: one small case study , peer coding for SQL : 4 questions/queries based on three tables
3) Interview with Head and Manager : questions on CV , case study based on actual improvement Zalando is trying to make in their operations.
The interview process was well-organized, beginning with a friendly greeting from the HR representative who made me feel comfortable right away. The questions asked were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

The entire process was well managed from initial interviews to the final , I had to go through 8 different interviews which was very exhausting and few cases the interviewers were not prepared at all, at the same time few of my questions were not answered.

Interview
4 round of interviews, including a business case presentation. The business case was presented to the hiring manager and one of the team members. There was a last interview with the team members. It could have been avoided to my opinion as it didnt have a lot of weight in my hiring process. Overall positive experience, i believe the outcome was more based in the interaction with the hiring manager.
