Phone interview after sending my CV to a position advertised on Glassdoor. Sent my application via the website of ZALANDO and received a confirmation email before the one in which they actually told me I was selected for the phone interview.
Bon entretien, questions intéressantes, personne à l'écoute. Détail sur le parcours et questions pas trop philosophiques. L'échange est intéressant, et ne parle pas seulement du parcours mais aussi de la vision pour le futur.

Pourquoi rejoindre Zalando, quel est votre objectif ?
It was a standard screening interview with a talent acquisition rep. Asked a couple of questions. I had already received an offer from another company at that time, so I wasn't open to interview further.
