Interview
I had an interview with Zalando Berlin in 2019. The interview process had 4 rounds. The first round was a codility test. Next was an interview with HR. The third one was with Technical Manager and finally, the fourth round consists of 4 sessions with 3 Tech Lead/Senior Engineers for 3 technical interviews and with HR for a behavioral interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Codility test was easy, behavioral questions are average but, Java, web development & design system questions in the last round require solid knowledge and well prepared.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando in Nov 2019
Interview
It took almost 4 weeks. I had first the codility (code assessment), then a pre-screening interview with and HR member and eventually I got the first technical interview with a Senior Engineer of the team which I've applied for.

Question 1
The codility problems where medium level I would say. The HR interview is a standard one: you got to talk a little bit about your previous experience (in my case was mainly University since I'm a fresh graduate) and then you got the usual questions about how to deal with situation in the specific case and so forth.
The technical interview was pretty standard as well: the interviewer presented a coding problem and ask me to solve it. It took me a while to do that but eventually I was able to solve it and had some question about code complexity and the data structure used in my code.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zalando (London, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
Codility round. Questions are not that hard. Though you may have to care of performance test cases . Then hr. Hr round was worst. This company's hr are the worst. They want some whimsical answers and want to underpay you
