One Standard interview + Group interview. It was fairly straight forward and I would recommend this process. I was looped into the process every step of the way. No extra side projects or anything like that.

very thorough and indepth with plenty technical questions, plenty interaction, plenty examples . also asked about project management techniques or methodology on engineering projects and design drawings, asessment and placement activities in university with a view to further placement for jobs in engineering. A lot was asked about design drawings and BIM and how you approach it with respect to other specialists on the project and working with other specialists.
