Not much. just an introduction. It all depends on availability with the Client. If Client approves the candidate it is a slam dunk. Slow hiring process. Have to be patient and there are no guarantees to get the project.
Online interview with a panel of four to five members. questions from project start to hand over. was interviewed for 30 mins. followed by HR feedback and onboard process. simpler process

Its a face to face interview, first round on technical aspects related to EPC projects, second round on Management aspect, third round with HR for final confirmation & salary negotiation etc.
