I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Worley (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2008
Interview
Initial contact came through my network, became aware of a potential position. Initial screening process was a telephone interview with a face-to-face interview with leadership and HR. Subsequent offer and clarification over the phone. process was relatively informal, has probably tightened up since then.
