Wood Mackenzie Software Developer interview questions

There are 3 stages for the application, initial interview with a manager, technical interview and a personality interview. The people I interviewed were quite nice. The technical was about general CS questions, SOLID, oop, access modifiers, etc. I was also shown a small sorting algorithm that I had to point out what was wrong with. The interviews seemed to went quite well, because I got to the third stage I thought I would get the job, but then I was ghosted by the recruiter, I emailed the recruiter and didn't heard back. I have seen the job advestisement being renewed, so I am not really sure what happenend. I expected to at least be told no, not being ghosted. Shameful attitude.

The interview process has 5 steps in interview process. 1- Phone interview 2- Hr interview google teams. 3- Software team interview. 4- software team interview 2 5- Software director interview
