Very friendly - interviewed by two members of the client training team and made to feel very welcome and at ease with some personal questions about education etc. before getting into how my academic background has developed my skills and the types of work iv done, what iv learnt and how I can apply this in team based environments

Asked me to explain difficult projects i'd worked on and when i'd had to learn new skills quickly
I applied the position through its online application system. I received call from HR half month later after I applied the Job. The HR asked you very basic question during the phone interview such as time availability, past experience. The regional manager consultant and a team leader interviewed me in the second-round face-to-face interview.
