online examinations followed by meet and greet, then followed by in-person interview. the online examinations were numerical based, but the fact that all of the information is taken into account before a decision is made, rather than the pass through the hoop system, is the way it should be done

Long process, 2 or three stages. Had several one on ones. Went in for panel interview where I had to give a presentation on how I would focus my efforts in first 3 months. Also had to present on previous role where I was successful and describe why i thought I had been successful.
