Initial interview with human resources where they asked common questions such as why you want to work in the energy industry and how my previous experience would be beneficial for the role. Then, a 250 written assessment about a specific commodity market based on ambiguous supply/demand graphs, and an excel assessment just to know if you are capable of using pivot tables. The final interview was a panel with 3 people who used to have the same position. They only asked behavioural questions. I would declare them unprofessional since they ghosted me, even after I sent an email 2 weeks later asking for updates on their final decision.
