Interview
The interview process wasn't that rigorous. A careful and cautious shortlisting was done from a pool of application of more than 2000, according to the company. After this, a meet and greet event, then the final day for individual Interviews

My interview experience was quite positive. The panel was welcoming and asked insightful questions, making me feel at ease. I had the opportunity to showcase my skills and enthusiasm for the position. Overall, it was a constructive and engaging process.
Very friendly people, easy to talk to, and didn’t feel overwhelmed. Gave me the chance to ask them questions at the end, and were very polite and respectful the whole time.

Interview
It took 2 months to interview after completing numerical test. Also required to call to the reception to remind the HR manager about myself. The interview was quite average, the director took 4 weeks to make a decision and HR was very pushy in accepting the offer
