Wolters Kluwer Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

If you are identified as a good candidate you are contacted by email to set up a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, you then move to an in-person interview on-site. 2-3 weeks later you are given an offer or declined an offer. The whole process can take 1 to 1-1/2 months. I would encourage any interviewee to pick the brain of any contacts within the company, study the job description thoroughly, and study the website for all they do.
