A phone interview via a conference call with two of the marketing managers. After that interview, they selected me for a second panel style interview. After that, I had a one on one interview to find which role I was suited best for. It sounds like a lot but it was a fairly simple process and the questions they asked were relatively easy. They asked mainly about my background and relevant classes.
