The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wipro (Bengaluru) in May 2008
Interview
Initially, it was an aptitude and communication test. On clearing that, we had 2 technical rounds. First one focussed on the basics while the second was more in relation to the work already done.
Next, came the HR round. Straightforward and very basic.
All in all, not very challenging
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would be the approach in order to ensure that a table is normalised , and yet, not too many tables are added.
Eg: Investment bank with 700 tables requires an adaptor as a feature, whose logistical data is rarely in connect with existing data
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
