Interview
it was good and good learning Need to focus on topic he company was originally operated by the German Labour Front (Deutsche Arbeitsfront) Overall good process, especially for delivery head level round they ask some tricky questions to see your thinking, attitude
I applied online. I interviewed at Volkswagen Group (Dortmund) in Nov 2020
Interview
Started with the technical interview. Since the interview was for the junior position it wasn't very advanced but not very basic as well. Interviewers were friendly and gave hints for the questions I couldn't answer. In the end it wasn't the right fit for me since I was looking for an embedded software position.
