VMware Technical Account Manager interview questions

- VMware Specifically asked me to call the interviewer for my own technical round( none of the company asked me or anyone to do that , a billion dollar company asks a "jobless" former Vmware candidate to call them on international number which isn't toll-free) - There was a disconnected between me and interviewer the entire call, it was one-way communication - Call didn't happen in meeting room or quiet room, so i end up asking was I clear and thought the call disconnected most of the times - Yeah as you guessed it right, they said "You are not selected" and there was no way I could give my feedback. - Job is no longer available the day I was rejected, seemed like they took that round just because they said they will take it but the position was already filled! - When spoken this to HR she mentions that the interviewer wasn't even in interview panel, strange! Then why was I interviewed in the first place, it is emotionally draining! Even the candidate's time is precious. This is not what I thought about VMware, VMware dropped its standards!
