UPS Warehouse Associate interview questions

The hiring manager initally contacted me on my cell phone and gave me a pre-screening questionaire. She then set me up with a walk through and we preceeded on to a structured interview. The questions wee routine to leadership abilities and she hired me on the spot contingent to my background check. The company seems to focus a lot on integrity and everyone seemed quite laid back. my advice to others is to be yourself and stay away from canned answers to any question.
