I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS in Oct 2011
Interview
Basically had a group interview and then group orientation. The interview was quick, they gathered my information, told me to wait and then told me they would contact me. The orientation was protocol safety training about lifting packages. They had me wait to be contacted again then I had one training day which went fairly easily.

After the interview I was told to wait around in a designated room. Once the interviews were complete the group of us in the room were told that we were hired.

Question 1
How hard of a working are you? (not really a difficult question)
I went in and they didn't really ask any questions. They told me about the job and I was basically hired on the spot. Very easy company to get into if you are in college for part time work. Really they just tell you about the basics of the job.
