You're asked to complete several challenges of varying levels of difficulty, record video questions and have one on one interviews, but after all the process you're just added to a list of potential hires and never go anywhere
Turing's interview process is pathetic especially for QA roles. Their online assessments are applicable only for Web development and not QA. Reaching out to their support doesnt make any difference. I am extremely disappointed by their online assessments
the process consists of technical exams (MCQ) and two challenges of two programming tests you need to pass at least one. After completing all the exams and passing all of them there is no offer and you can't apply to any job, you should be selected by Turing for the job. you can't apply to relevant jobs and Turing offers me seats irrelevant which you will be rejected by client if you applied to it. it is waste of time to go through the process
