Very straightforward. However, it seemed like they didn't care I was there for the interview. I would suggest that in the future they make there potential candidates feel a lot more comfortable.
A day after I applied, I got a phone call for my first interview. The person that called me gave me the option to be interview at that time or latter. He was very efficient, patience and to the point during the breve interview. He asked basic general questions and gave me a couple of scenarios driving in San Francisco.

I was told that after filling up the electronic application, and after getting a background check, etc. I would be interviewed by the hiring manager. If everything checks out, he will extend as job offer. I expect the call anytime since they have a training deadline approaching in two weeks.
Initial interview by recruiter and then two additional interviews with a technical SME and the head of the division. It took about 2 months from start to end and I received an offer.
