Tipico NA out of Denver - Extremely disjointed process. Phone screen was normal. Then interviewed with tech lead, and team member who is directly doing work. Both went well. After a technical focused interview. Then supposedly final interview with CTO. Went well, then get message they want me to meet with PO. He arrived at call 10 min late. Then at end said he wanted me to come into office for another interview with him and another team mate. Originally scheduled for an hour, then a follow up from hr asking to extend to 2 hrs. That would bring me to 7 interviews. I went, and I think those interviews went well. It ended with PO asking me who I'd recruit to the team. I didn't want to give a name, and am glad I didn't.

The hiring process went smoothly, with regular clear communication and within the expected period of time with a successful result. All were considerate, polite and made the best out of it. Good overall experience
