3 behavioral rounds with TPMs in the team (HM, Sr TPM, PgM) and 1 cross-BU round with an Engineering Manager. Recruiter arranged 1 round per week.
After the end of 4th round, I had to wait 2+ weeks to get feedback from recruiter that there was an internal reorg happening, and my application was be put on hold indefinitely. I can understand all these due to bad economy/recession/tech hiring freeze in the US. However, strangely enough, TikTok are still constantly posting hiring jobs on LinkedIn, and these posts are recommended to me even though the recruiter told the above to me…

1 is with the hiring manager another is with the service lead.
The HR will email you for timings.
The communication is broken. There were interviewer changes on the day of the interview.
The interview went very well but I kept following up and they kept replying "we are interested" for the next 4 months. Until I gave up and stopped following up.

Lol this is very impressive interview experience in my life. I had first round interview with recruiter and second round with a TPM. Phone screening was ok, just regular questions for end to end program management. The TPM screening was a little bit interesting. First, interviewer opened a strong Tiktik filter in the zoom meeting, with fancy background and strong beauty camera filter lol. Second, our communication is generally smooth but I would say the oral communication of the interviewer was not that good.
I believe this is the Tiktok culture, if you want to be a proactive contributor, probably you need to use strong beauty filter in your zoom meetings as well.
