The second round consisted of vague and spontaneous questions with no clear structure or direction, making it difficult to prepare or demonstrate relevant skills effectively. Feedback was entirely absent throughout the process, leaving candidates with no sense of where they stood. Additionally, the interviewer was consistently late, which felt disrespectful of candidates' time.
