TikTok Product and Process Optimization Manager interview questions

Initial call with HR rep, followed by two interviews with peers currently in same role. Relaxed conversational type interviews, with two parts. First talk through experience by answering question about a time, second part was a case study type question. Ie if you worked here and this was the problem what would you do.
