Interview
Had a test about case study and campaign optimisation
Then a Chinese lady based in China gave a interview.
So cons round is via zoom call, like Chinese from North American, a bit cocky and over confident. I fell second round
Their recruiting team is a mess and has high turnover it seems. They like to pass candidates around even if you tell them you're not a good fit/ interested in the role. I ended up interviewing for multiple roles and dealing with 5 recruiters who would sometimes randomly email me with a new role despite me in the process of interviewing for another. The entire time, I felt very unclear about what I was interviewing for. I was excited about the prospect of the company in the beginning, but after going through this messy process, I ended up losing interest. It was a huge waste of time especially because multiple interviews were with folks in Asia and required me to interview very late in the night. It was not worth it.

The recruiter was unprofessional. Not willing to repeat questions. Sitting there like your life was depending on her. Then suddenly started to ask questions. Her face said right away that I was not shortlisted. Was continuously waiting for me to ask questions to her.
