I did an in interview with Tiktok for the business analyst position. The interview was pretty straight forward. We got an initial screen questions in our email, and the interview was one those same initial email screen questions and we got to elaborate more on it.

2. Name how did you find insights in your projects and how did it impact the team and organization.
3. What tools you use to automate your reports?
4. What data visualization tools you use? And can you describe the process?

The interview process began with a strong focus on my past experience, followed by detailed questions about my data-related skills and the specific projects I have worked on, with an emphasis on how I applied technical tools and analytical thinking to solve real business problems and deliver measurable impact.
Overall, I had a very positive experience interviewing with Baidu. The process was well-structured, professional, and efficient from start to finish.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful, and they created a comfortable environment that allowed for open discussion rather than a one-sided evaluation.
3 rounds with HR + managers. Nothing difficult, just job related questions to see if how you'd be fit for the role. Many situational questions that you can prepare in advance. They'll ask you about your motivations too.
