4 rounds in total - 1 with hiring manager, 1 with cross-function team mate, 1 with higher management and 1 with HR. Overall was a pleasant experience. They arrange interviews very promptly and get back on the results very quickly too. Completed all 4 rounds in 1.5 weeks.
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced

Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.

four rounds behavioral: recruiter, team lead, org lead, other team lead and an oa. the process too around 2 months, hr was very slow at responding and the process was pretty unstructured and unorganized.
