I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapur) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was reached out by the recruiter, as my profile matched the role. Had a screening interview with the recruiter first. Then had an interview with the peer/colleague. Make sure you give extra attention to what the recruiter is asking because most of the times its the same questions being repeated in the next rounds.

What are you aspirations?
If you get 3 escalations, what would you prioritize? (3 escalations being: suicide content, LGBT or/and Government pressure)
Besides your professional commitment, tell one story where you helped someone?

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn in late October and received an invitation to do a 45 minute video call the week after Thanksgiving. I got a response for next steps fairly quickly after the first interview. I went through 4 more video interviews over the course of a month and it all went rather smoothly compared to the horror stories I’ve read on Glassdoor.
I accepted an offer this week! Great experience!
