I applied online, you'll receive a call from talent acquisition, if you pass the filter they'll send you a online test, just to see how would you manage a situation, if you are successful, then they'll book an interview with the regional manager and team manager, unfortunately for me, the interview was at the end of the day on a Friday, for my experience they seemed tired and not very interested as probably they were interviewing the whole day and by the end of the day on Friday, they already had someone on mind. After 2 weeks, I didn't hear about them so I sent an email and they told me they choose someone else. For the HR team it would be much appreciated if you have on mind to communicate the rejection to all the candidates who had an interview
