TikTok Frontend Engineer interview questions

Normal interview process. Two rounds of coding with no insane LeetCode problems. One round of behavioral questions and past experiences. The interviewers and the recruiter were nice people. Good experience overall.

The best way to pass the technical questions is to solve the most difficult questions, especially your weaknesses. That is the way that the interviewer likes to do. Mostly, they are a China-based team interviewing you, so there isn't small talk and chat as you expect. The interviewer didn't listen to the solution and did not respond to me during the process. It's really rude and disrespectful.
