TikTok Business Development Manager interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. I booked via link provided. Recruiter was 15 minutes late and only gave me 15 minutes in which She explained about role and asked me 2 basic behavioral questions. At the end she mentioned you will hear back from us even if you don't get selected. Today I sent a follow up email and instead replying to my email. I received an automated email for rejection. I felt like I was very well prepared for the initial interview but how can she judge someone in 15 minutes of call in which 10 mins she was explaining by herself.
