5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied with referral. During Interview they asked generic questions that are being asked. Situational questitons like: You see a customer looking confused , what would you do? Customer wants a product that you are out of stock, how would you approach (correct answer is directing them to the website, to check stock in other store locations). How are you working with new technologies (tablets./phones) etc.
Had to wait for quite a bit for the interview but was rather easy to navigate. Asked a few simple questions but since its an entry level job there are many aplicants. Told they would reach back out if intrested
