Question 1
How do you handle difficult situations or personalities?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
First a phone call about resume and then a technical interview with 2 parts where one was a case study and the other where you work with other candidate to solve a coding problem
I interviewed with two individuals (one was training on how to conduct interviews) and while I do not recall specific questions (it was over a year ago) I remember the interview going smoothly. The individuals giving the interview were excited because it was for a new store that was opening up.
