I was initially contacted by the hiring manager in regard to the resume that I had submitted online. The initial phone interview went well, and the hiring manager agreed to fly me to Dallas for an on-site interview. The company provided air transportation, hotel, rental car, and a traveler's check for incidentals. On the day of the interview, I met with hiring manager, who has the title "Manufacturing Superintendent." He then took me into a conference room where I had an interview with him and four other managers. The interview questions were primarily based on management style, team work, and knowledge of wafer-fab operations. The interview lasted about two hours. When it was completed, I met with the factory's human resources manager for a second interview. I was given a tour of the factory and provided lunch. After having lunch with the hiring manager, I was released and told a decision would be made that week. I am still waiting to hear the decision.
