The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
Regular interview. Mostly behavioral questions with some technical questions. The technical questions were very simple and straightforward; no algorithms. The behavioral questions were standard with a focus on working in a group.

Three STAR behavioral interview questions and two technical interview questions, one about the process of software engineering and the other about a data structure, for my question it was about a linked list. Felt like some of the STAR questions were hard to answer, but the technical questions were easy.
