I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Mayaguez, PR) in Oct 2015
Interview
First on-campus interview, 2 weeks later emailed for a phone interview, in the on-campus mostly behavioral and a little technical, on the phone mostly the resume. The interview is easy going, meaning that is more like a talk and not a questionnaire, which is good because is less stressful than the questionnaires.

I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Two video calls, both focusing more on what kind of person I am rather than technical skills. 2nd interview did go more deeply into my resume, was asked to explain my projects in detail and the challenges/successes I experienced with them.
