Candidates applied online will be filtered by phone interviews and HR would introduce the job during the tele-conversation. On the date of interview, candidates were distributed with 4 members in one team. After finishing paper-test and logic test, teams are requested to do a group simulation by selecting a topic and finding out how to apply TI products on it. The preparation time was about 20 mins, each of the members had to present and interviewers would ask further questions depending on your topic and your responsible part (How you allocate your jobs in your team? Why you are responsible to present this part?) I will highly recommend future candidates to spend time on TI website to have basic sense of TI products. Those who passed the group presentation would receive text after lunch. The group interview was 90 mins with 5 candidates at the same time. You will be asked to introduce yourself in English and interviewers will ask some questions based on your self-introduction, resume, autobiography, and transcript. Most of the questions are not technical-related.

Wasn't too rough but asked very niche questions and the sales portion of the interview seemed to carry the most importance even thought the interviewers suggested otherwise. The sales interviewer seemed the most disinterested in being there which made the mood drop when that section came up.
