I applied on the website and through my campus career center and recieved a call to set up a phone interview a week later. The phone interview went very well and ask a lot of behavior question like give me a time when you failed, etc. Got a email a week later with an offer total process is taking about 4 weeks but that could be because of holidays.

Had a phone interview for a co-op position. The interviewer started by introducing himself and describing what his group works on. Then we talked about the projects that I've done in school. We also discussed what I may work on during the co-op.
- Be prepared to answer detailed questions about what you've worked on.
- The people there all seem happy, friendly, and willing to help.
