it was on campus hiring . first round was a written round . each were girven 2 analog designing problem . then there was personal and technical interview by the campus faculty .
only 3 students out of 20 qualified for the next interview round. it was telephonic technical interview.

for written there were separate profiles , like digital, analog, marketing. separate questions for each of them..
20 aptitude questions and 20 according to the above areas out of which only one paper had to be given.
enough time was given for the technical , but the questons were of good quality, for solving aptitude speed is important.
