I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (College Station, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
So far, only had the first round interview from talking to a recruiter at my university career fair. The interviewer was extremely nice. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the interview. He asked me questions directly related to my resume.

Interview
I first applied from a Career Fair and then they proceeded to contact me after that. My interview process was just a phone call and they asked me to talk about my resume. No technical questions, but that depends on the interviewer.

Question 1
Explain a time where I worked in a team and were there any conflicts? If so, how did I resolve it.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I left my resume with a recruiter at the HENAAC 2015 job fair. A few weeks later, TI sent me a link to apply too for people who went to HENAAC. After submiting my intern application, I got a link for me to do the video interview online questionnaire. They were 8 behavioural questions that I had 1 minute to think about, and 90 seconds to answer. They where your standard set of questions that any behavioural interview consists of. After submiting all 8 questions, I got notified that I passed to the phone interview portion of the interview. Then I got a group call from several managers from different TI divisions. Most of the questions where about my resume, and other standar behavioural questions. Exept for the following two questions that standed out the most.
